    Villa Petrel is located just steps away from one of the island's most exclusive hotels named Le Toiny, a four star establishment. This is very convenient should you wish to dine at one of the most elegant restaurants, one of many gourmand restaurants on the island of St. Bart's. The restaurant is the only one on the island requiring men to wear a sports jacket. The fine dining is worth it!

    Villa Petrel sits on a hill overlooking a pastoral landscape with the calming views and sounds of the ocean in the distance. 180 degree views of the ocean include the islands of St. Eustius, St. Kitts and Nevis. The open living room overlooks a magnificent mahogany deck designed for dining al fresco and relaxing around an oversized infinity pool. The pool is not just for cooling off, 50 laps are easily done at sunset or sunrise, or in between at your leisure!

Villa Accommodations

Luxurious Villa Bedroom

    Steps lead upstairs to an open loft area. Windows let the trade winds flow through while you relax with satellite TV or a good book. You can also check in with the world via the wireless internet with your laptop while viewing the ocean vista.

Indoor Villa Dining

    The beauty of this retreat is its location at the far eastern point of the island. Morning walks along the coastline, past the cliff home of a famous Russian dancer, become addictive. If you continue along the coast road to the corner intersection, you will find a small wine store which opens around 11 am except on Sundays.

    The road eventually leads to La Saline, one of the many of beautiful, isolated beaches known for its topless French beauties, then on to the main port of Gustavia. There you find shopping beyond your wildest dreams and the infamous “Cheeseburger in Paradise” open café among other casual and shabby chic, gourmet spots. Anywhere on the island of St. Bart's is within a 25 minute drive.

Villa Rates

December 1st through May 1st for	$6000.00 a week.
As a two bedroom during high season:	$5000.00 a week.
As a three bedroom during low season:	$4500.00 a week.
As a two bedroom	$3500.00 a week.
